Founded by Avishek Roy and co-hosted by Mohua Bhattacharjee, the initiative is transforming the humble board game from a nostalgic childhood memory into a sophisticated tool for “social wellness”. The story of Boardbuddies began on December 17, 2023. While the rest of the city was caught in the year-end frenzy of parties and pub crawls, Avishek, a marketing veteran with 20 years of experience in reading consumer pulses, saw a void.
