The All India uPVC Profile Manufacturers Association (AIUPMA) has expressed concern over the rapid rise of imported uPVC window profiles into India, predominantly from China. Arokiaswamy, founder president and Eniyan Shivam, president, said in a press release that almost 1.6 lakh tonnes of uPVC window profiles were imported into India in 2025, with 99% of these originating from China, they said.
