The Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) chairman Are Siva Reddy on Wednesday asked all builders to construct residential and commercial projects and others after obtaining necessary permissions from RERA and as per the norms. He assured them that RERA will clear all files within the stipulated time period. Speaking at an awareness programme organised by RERA in Vizianagaram, he said that RERA authorities would not impose fines if builders followed the norms and upload necessary documents for permissions within the stipulated time period. Mr. Siva Reddy former State president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) extend his support towards the development of the real estate sector in the State. CREDAI member U.S.L.N. Kameswara Rao said that the government established RERA to ensure transparency in construction activity and protect the interests of buyers as well as builders.
