Rapido launches a food delivery app | Photo Credit: Freepik Ride-hailing platform Rapido has launched a new standalone app, Ownly, for food delivery. Just as they did with their ride sharing programme, Ownly takes a new approach to the market by being a zero-commission platform. The app takes no fees from restaurants and there are no hidden charges. “Customers only pay for the food and delivery. This makes the entire experience more transparent, fair, and value-driven for both restaurants and consumers,” says Aravind Sanka, founder of Ownly and Rapido.
