Rangayana, Mysuru, has announced its annual children’s camp, ‘Chinnara Mela–2026’, offering a platform for young talent to explore acting and stagecraft during the summer.

In a press release, Rangayana said the camp will be held from April 14 to May 10, 2026, on its premises. The camp is open to children who have completed seven years as of March 31, 2026, and have not exceeded 15 years of age.

Applications for the camp will be issued on April 5 at 10 a.m. at the Rangayana office. Only one application will be issued per person on a first-come, first-served basis. The application form costs ₹100, and only 250 applications will be distributed, the release said.

The filled-in applications must be submitted in person by April 9 before 5 p.m. at the Rangayana office.

The fee for each participant is ₹4,000. Interested applicants must submit a demand draft for the amount in favour of the Deputy Director, Rangayana, Mysuru, along with the application. A copy of the child’s Aadhaar card or birth certificate must also be enclosed as proof of age, the release said.
