The Railway Protection Force (RPF) in coordination with the Government Railway Police (GRP) has successfully detected a theft case involving property worth ₹3.60 lakh stolen from a passenger on the train by arresting the accused. The complainant Ms. Ambika, a resident of Bengaluru, who was travelling by the Talaguppa Inter City Express from Bengaluru City Railway station to Anandapuram Railway station along with her son and daughter on March 12, noticed her handbag missing after the train departed Kumsi Railway Station in Shivamogga district.
