Poshan Pakhwada to play key role in healthy Andhra Pradesh: Palla

Inaugurating the Poshan Pakhwada programme in Gajuwaka under the ICDS Pendurthi project limits, TDP State president and Gajuwaka MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao said: “Maternal and child welfare forms the foundation of a healthy society. The State government is moving forward with a firm resolve to eradicate malnutrition.”

After releasing the awareness posters on Monday, addressing the gathering, Mr. Srinivasa Rao said that Poshan Pakhwada would play a pivotal role in the realisation of a healthy Andhra Pradesh.. Tackling malnutrition among pregnant women, lactating mothers and young children transcends the scope of a conventional health initiative.
