The Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Wing has busted a seven-member gang, including a police constable from Manimuthar battalion, that was allegedly part of an international cybercrime network operating from Sathirakudi village and Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district. The group is accused of converting nearly ₹100 crore obtained through cyber fraud into cryptocurrency and transferring the funds to offshore syndicates.
