Police sources said, Pidige Wamindu Kumara alias Bandara, 46, of Colombo, Sri Lanka, a murder case accused in a case registered at Parakaduwa police station in Sri Lanka, was awaiting judgement. About a month ago he had escaped Sri Lanka through a illegal boat from Mannar region. He who landed in Rameswaram had wandered to several places in the State.
