Polavaram Collector mandates field visit for officials

Polavaram District Collector K. Dinesh Kumar on Monday has directed officials to conduct regular field visits and address public grievances at field level without delays. 

Addressing officials during the grievance redressal session, Mr. Dinesh said; “Officials must visit the field to address and resolve any issue. Grievances pending for a long time must be addressed within two days.”

The Collector reminded officials; “The idea of creating a new district consisting of Rampachodavaram and Chintoor was to improve governance and to ensure tribals in remote can access to access services.”

The Collector also made it mandatory for all officials to be available in the government offices to attend to the public grievances.
