Ramadoss was hospitalised after campaigning in Salem on Sunday evening. He campaigned for his faction’s candidate for Salem West, R. Arul, at Pallapatti. After campaigning for nearly 15 minutes, he was walking towards his van, when he suddenly fainted. The party cadre immediately admitted him to a private hospital on Salem-Bengaluru National Highway.
