The Paying Guest Association has announced measures to ensure that the PG residents in the city continue to receive meals without disruption and to stretch existing gas reserves. According to Arun Kumar, the association president, the association’s core committee has directed owners to implement a ‘crisis menu,’ which focuses on reducing high-consumption cooking. The menu will include items such as salad and raw food dishes that require minimal or no fire.
