Over 4,200 donors adopted 27,333 families under P4 in East Godavari: Minister

Water Resources Minister and East Godavari District in-charge Minister Nimmala Rama Naidu on Monday claimed that as many as 4,222 individuals have adopted 27,333 families under the People-Public-Private- Partnership, titled P4, in the East Godavari district. The P4 aims at eradicating poverty. Under the project, the beneficiary family is given the title ‘Bangaru Kutumbam’ and the donor is called ‘Margadarshi’. 

Addressing the beneficiaries during the P4 anniversary celebrations, Mr. Rama Naidu said that as many as 67,801 ‘Bangaru’ families have been identified for adoption and their upliftment.
