OU Information Technology has reported widespread internet outages affecting several university applications and services. According to the OU IT Alerts website, users may be unable to access multiple Sooner Card services including door access and Sooner Sense, ou.edu websites and services using Ping ID single sign-on authentication. Of the 30 services currently experiencing internet issues, the website lists 13 services to be down: • Canvas • ClassNav and iAdvise • Mediasite • MyMedia • ONE.ou.edu • Qualtrics • Wepa • Zoom • Banner • Laserfiche • PeopleSoft Campus Solutions • PeopleSoft Financials • PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Additional affected services include Microsoft Office 365, OU Marketing and Communications’ website and wired and wireless network connections. According to the IT Alerts website, OU IT technicians are working to resolve the issue and restore service. OU Daily contacted OU Marketing and Communications for further information but was directed to the OU IT Alerts website.
