State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Company (ONGC) informed on Monday (March 30, 2026) it has commended monetisation through gas flowing from its Daman Upside Development Project (DUDP). ONGC informed that gas has been flowing through the Platform B-12-24P. “This [B-12-24P] platform has been successfully commissioned and gas sent to Hazira Plant,” it stated in a communication to exchanges. The offshore project is located about 180 kilometres north-west of Mumbai and about 80 kms south of Pipavav (Gujarat). The state-owned explorer has spent about $1 billion in the project.
