A 20-year-old man was killed and two others were injured after their scooter was hit by a truck on the ITO flyover, the police said on Saturday. The accident took place on the intervening night of March 11 and 12. Officials said information was received at the I.P. Estate police station following which a team sent to the spot. The victims were rushed to Lok Nayak Hospital, where doctors declared Karan dead on arrival. Yash Kapoor and Sandeep Bhatia sustained injuries in the incident, the police said, adding that an FIR under Sections 106, 281, and 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has been registered.
