Mr. Kumar is expected to meet top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders in Delhi before returning to Patna either on April 11 or the next day. He is likely to address a meeting of NDA legislators on April 13 and hold what could be his last Cabinet meeting as Chief Minister. Following that, he may resign from his post.
