The seminar is being organised by the Department of Studies in Dravidian Culture, Kannada University, Hampi, in association with Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy, Mangaluru, and the Department of Kannada, Alva’s College (Autonomous). D.V. Paramashivamurthy, Vice-Chancellor, Kannada University, Mohan Alva, chairman, Alva’s Education Foundation, and Madhava Peraje, senior professor, Kannada University,will participate in the inaugural function, according to a release.
