The National Lok Adalat (NLA) will be held in the Andhra Pradesh High Court and in all courts across the State on March 14, A.P. State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA) member secretary B.S.V. Himabindu has said. Pending civil, cheque bounce, traffic violations, accidents and compoundable criminal cases can be settled in the NLA. Court fee will be reimbursed to the petitioners who settle cases through NLA. The litigant public can contact the Legal Services Authority to refer the cases to the National Lok Adalat, the member secretary said in a release on Thursday.
