The five-day national inter-university youth festival was inaugurated on March 10. | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement The Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is organising a five-day national inter-university youth festival, Kalai Saaral, in collaboration with Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The festival was inaugurated on Tuesday. Students from 142 universities, spread across eight zones in India, are taking part in the festival, that features 28 cultural events, including music, dance, theatre, and literary arts. Vinay Kumar Pathak, president, AIU, inaugurated the event in the presence of Mariazeena Johnson, Chancellor, and Marie Johnson, President, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
