Rosaiah, a farmer from Athota village in Kollipara mandal of Guntur district, has earned praise from Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for cultivating 52 varieties of crops on 75 cents of land by following natural farming practices.

“My salutations to farmer Rosaiah, who is creating wonders through natural farming,” the Chief Minister posted on X on Friday (March 13, 2026). Mr. Naidu said considering the land as his mother and practising natural farming with dedication, Rosaiah is achieving remarkable results. At the age of 80, he is cultivating 52 different crops on just 75 cents of land and earning more than ₹20,000 per month. “His success story is truly inspiring,” he said.

Informing that inspired by the initiatives taken in 2016 to promote natural farming in Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Naidu said Rosaiah began practising natural farming and had been achieving impressive results. “My heartfelt congratulations to him,” he said.
