Motorola Edge 70 Fusion launched in India with Sony sensor and Qualcomm chip | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement Motorola on Friday (March 6, 2026) expanded its Edge 70 series in India with the launch of Motorola Edge 70 Fusion. The new mid segment phone brings IP68 and IP69 ratings along with MIL-STD-810H for durability. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has a 6.78 inch Super HD+ (1.5K) Extreme AMOLED display with HDR10+ certification, 100% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut, and 10-bit colour depth, 5,200 nits peak brightness, and a 144Hz refresh. It is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Motorola has used a 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery supported by a 68W charger inside the box. The phone has a 7.99mm profile and claims a weight of 193 grams. The phone features dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion runs on Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor with up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It operates on Hello UI based on Android 16 out of the box. Motorola will provide 3 OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion sports a 50 MP main Sony Lytia 710 sensor with OIS along with a 13 MP ultrawide camera that also acts as macro. It has a 32 MP front camera for selfies. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion brings moto ai 2.0 with tools like AI Image Studio, Sketch to Image, Style Sync, Text to Sticker, and avatar creation. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion will be available in three storage variants 8 GB/128 GB (₹26,999), 8 GB/256 GB (₹29,999) and 12 GB/256 GB (₹32,999) storage variant and in three Pantone curated colours: Pantone Blue Surf, Pantone Country Air and Pantone Silhouette. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion will go on sale from March 12 on Flipkart, Motorola, and at leading retail stores across India.
