Accompanied by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy, founder of the All India N.R. Congress (AINRC), and Home Minister A. Namassivayam, Mr. Modi travelled in an open vehicle along a one-kilometre stretch from Ajantha Signal to Raja Theatre junction.
