A 57-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a quarrel in Peravallur in the early hours of Monday. Police said the deceased, Ramesh, 57, a resident of Peravallur, had an argument with Pandian, an autorickshaw driver from Perambur. The altercation reportedly escalated after an exchange of abusive words, during which Pandian is alleged to have attacked Ramesh with a knife, leading to his death.
