The Bajpe police in Mangaluru have arrested a 25-year-old man hailing from Dindigul in Tamil Nadu for his alleged involvement in the theft of ₹25,000 from three ‘hundis’ (donation boxes) of Shriramanjaneya temple at Kenjar on March 3.

The accused has been identified as Shabir Ahmed Sheikh Abdul Khader, 25, of Dindigul district in Tamil Nadu.
