Man arrested for setting fire; 5 cows killed, shops and vehicles destroyed in Bengaluru

A 49-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to garbage that spread to a cattle shed and nearby shops, resulting in the death of five cows and destruction of property in the D.J. Halli Police Station limits on Saturday.

The incident occurred in the early hours of April 7. According to the police, the fire quickly spread, destroying two plywood shops and a vehicle and four two-wheelers parked nearby.
