Bengaluru police have arrested a man who allegedly cheated several people by offering EV scooters at an incentivised price under a non-existent ‘Prime Minister Scheme’. The accused has been identified as Rakesh, owner of the Appke EV showroom in North Bengaluru. The police suspect that there may be many victims and have launched an investigation into the case.
