Speaking to The Hindu, Mr Patil, who is also the administrator of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), said the Janaspandana programmes are held every Friday between 3.30 p.m. and 5 p.m. in all the eight zonal offices of Mysuru City Corporation. With the resolution of the software glitch, property owners can now submit an application online or by visiting MysuruOne Centres. The e-Khata should be issued within a week in the normal course, he said. “If the applicants are unable to get their e-Khata even after a week, let them attend the subsequent Janaspandana meeting and find a solution”, Mr Patil said. The officials will also attend to problems pertaining to health, solid waste management, underground drainage problems, cleanliness and other civic issues during the weekly Janaspandana meetings, he said.
