TSM launches an entrepreneurial development initiative programme. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT Entrepreneurial development initiative Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) has launched Growth Mastery – Batch 2, a specialised entrepreneurial development initiative aimed at strengthening the capabilities of emerging and established business owners. It was supported by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) It is a three-month weekend executive offline programme, covering business areas such as marketing and digital transformation, finance and regulations, operations and supply chain management, artificial intelligence, and human resource management. Following the successful completion of Batch 1 with 15 participants, the February 2026 batch brought together 12 entrepreneurs. J. Kennedy, Professor in English, Department of Languages, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, defined literature as an expression shaped by emotion and culture.
