M.R. Vijayabhaskar files nomination in Karur

Former Minister and AIADMK nominee for the Karur Assembly constituency M.R. Vijayabhaskar filed his nomination papers on Monday. 

As per the affidavit submitted by him, he has declared movable assets at ₹4.33 crore and that of his spouse at ₹5.39 crore. His immovable assets are estimated at ₹1.29 crore and his inherited property has been valued at ₹4.55 lakh. The value of inherited property of his spouse was ₹2.12 crore.

Naam Tamilar Katchi R. Karuppaiya and 11 Independents filed their papers for Karur constituency.  Nine independents filed their papers for Kulithalai Assembly constituency. Three candidates V. Sathiya of NTK and M. Rajaguru (Samaniya Makkal Nala Katchi) filed the papers for Krishnarayapuram (SC) constituency.  S. Naren of NTK filed his papers for Aravakurichi constituency. 

In Pudukottai

NTK nominees T. Nathiya (Gandharvakottai), K. Sathiyalakshmi (Viralimalai), V. Ezhilarasi (Pudukottai), S. Lakshmi ( Thirumayam), R. Rajaram (Alangudi), S. Muthulakshmi (Aranthangi) and V. Anusuya (Aranthangi) filed their papers. Two Independents filed their papers for Pudukottai and Thirumayam constituencies. 

In Ariyalur

Naam Tamilar Katchi candidate D. Pugazhendhi, Thanga. Shanmugasundaram of Naadlum Makkal Katchi and an Independent filed their papers for Ariyalur constituency. 

Naam Tamilar Katchi nominee Revathi filed her papers for Jayankondam constituency. 

In the Sirkazhi (SC) constituency, R. Subash of the NTK filed his nomination. R. Sakthivel filed his papers as a dummy candidate.

In Mayiladuthurai

In the Mayiladuthurai constituency, NTK candidate K. Kasiraman and his dummy K.Subramanian filed their papers.

In Poompuhar, the NTK’s K. Ilayanagulan and three Independent candidates filed their nominations.

In Nagapattinam

In the Nagapattinam constituency, S. Fathima Farhana of NTK filed her nomination besides the party dummy Hussain Beevi.

In Kilvelur, M. Karthika of NTK filed her nomination and the party candidate for Vedaranyam filed their nominations. G. Muruganandam filed his papers as the NTK dummy in Vedaranyam. An Independent too filed nomination in the constituency.
