Indian Administrative Service officer M.N. Harendhira Prasad took charge as the new Kakinada District Collector on Wednesday. Mr. Harendhira Prasad earlier served as District Collector of Visakhapatnam and Commissioner of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Commissioner. In an interaction with the media, Mr. Harendhira Prasad said that he would focus on implementing the State government welfare initiatives and all round development of urban bodies and in the rural pockets in the Kakinada district.
