A loan recovery agent of a private company was arrested by the West Zone Cyber Crime police for allegedly harassing and abusing a woman demanding repayment of a loan she had never taken. In her complaint submitted through the Cyber Crime online portal and later in person at the West Zone Cyber Crime Police Station, the 49-year-old woman stated that she had not taken any loan from any bank or private finance company.
