West Godavari District Collector Chadalavada Nagarani on Friday said government land has been identified at three locations to be transferred to the Tourism Department to attract investment in tourism infrastructure in the district. In an official release, Ms. Nagarani said that about 77 cents of land has been identified in Tanuku, 85 cents in Tadepalligudem and 81 cents in Undi mandal. The land will be handed over to the Tourism Department to give a fillip to tourism infrastructure. She added that efforts are under way to identify land in other areas as well for tourism development.
