This followed findings by the Department of Registration that they had acted in violation of the Companies Law by failing to file audited accounts of the yogam for three consecutive years from 2023. The court has further directed the appointment of a new Board of Directors in the yogam. The order comes in the wake of SNDP Yogam Samrakshana Samithi filing a petition before the court, alleging non-submission of financial statements of the organisation.
