The hill district of Idukki witnessed a heavy voter turnout on Thursday, with long queues forming in tribal areas, villages, and plantation belts. According to official data, the district recorded 77.02% polling as of 6 p.m.

The constituency-level polling figures at 6 p.m. were: Devikulam – 77.52%, Udumbanchola – 79.49%, Thodupuzha – 75.83%, Idukki – 75.32%, and Peerumade – 77.42%.
