Sudhakaran announced his candidacy as an Independent for the Ambalappuzha constituency, recorded 77.36% of polling as voting concluded on Thursday. The voter turnout marked a significant increase from the 74.68% recorded in the previous Assembly elections in 2021, in tune with the brisk polling reported from across the State.
