The total voter turnout in the Assembly elections in Kerala went up to 79.63% after the postal votes were factored in, Chief Electoral Officer (Kerala) Rathan U. Kelkar has said. Addressing a press conference here on Monday, he said that these were provisional numbers with service votes yet to be added. The number of service votes out of a total of 53,984 such voters will be known only on counting day, he said.
