Karnataka’s Chief Minister Siddaramaiah | Photo Credit: File photo Refuting BJP leaders’ allegations that the Karnataka government is facing a financial crisis and empty treasury, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah asserted that the State’s financial health is significantly stronger than that of the Central Government’s. After inaugurating a bridge and laying foundation stones for various development projects at N.R. Pura in Chikkamagaluru district on April 13, the CM said there was no truth in the claims by BJP leaders. “The State Government’s financial position is quite strong, and it has been performing well on all fiscal parameters,” he said.
