Kolagani Srinivas assuming charge as the new Mayor of Karimnagar Municipal Corporation on Sunday. | Photo Credit: By Arrangement KARIMNAGAR BJP’s newly-elected Karimnagar Mayor Kolagani Srinivas has asserted that he would strive to improve the civic amenities and ensure better services to the denizens of Karimnagar. He was speaking after assuming charge as the Mayor of Karimnagar Municipal Corporation (MCK) here on Sunday. Soon after assuming charge, he signed a file related to ₹49 lakh worth development works for augmenting drinking water supply in the city. BJP district president G. Krishna Reddy, Deputy Mayor of Karimnagar Y. Sunil Rao, several corporators and officials of the civic body, among others, congratulated Mr. Srinivas.
