On World Health Day, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has launched a paediatric palliative care scheme, Little Stars, which will be implemented in all districts. The scheme aims at providing palliative care and support for children using funds donated by doctors. The financial assistance for children in Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, was handed over to the MCH Principal P.K. Jabbar by the IMA vice-president, R.C. Sreekumar, here on Tuesday.
