Seven months after private hospitals in Haryana briefly suspended treatment under the Ayushman Bharat scheme due to delayed payments, the Haryana chapter of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has once again approached the Chief Minister’s Office, raising concerns over pending dues exceeding ₹400 crore accumulated over the past six months.

Claiming that the Chief Minister Nayab Saini was probably “being misled by your officers” on several issues about the scheme, the IMA, Haryana, in a letter, said that “payments are still much delayed”.
