File | Photo Credit: PTI The Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, ending months of anticipation of millions of cricket fans, is set to kick off on Saturday (February 7, 2026). The cricket tournament hosted by the International Cricket Council (ICC) will see 20 teams competing across 55 matches from February 7 to March 8 2026. With the T20 World Cup fever gripping millions of cricket fans, everyone is excited to catch a glimpse of the men in blue in the tournament. However, the million-dollar question remains where the fans could stream the match live on television, digital, audio and emerging formats. This year, the tournament will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka. In addition to the main tournament, official warm-up matches will also be broadcast across selected TV and digital platforms. Where to watch T20 World Cup 2026? In India, JioStar will feature the tournament for fans through the Star Sports channel, in addition to the live coverage on JioHotstar. Every fixture will be available in five languages — English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada — on JioStar’s TV and digital platforms, with additional regional feeds (Bengali, Bhojpuri and Haryanvi) available on JioHotstar. Coverage in Marathi and Indian Sign Language will be available for all Team India matches, the semi-finals, and the final on JioHotstar. In a first, JioHotstar will release a vertical live feed in English and Hindi for a mobile-first audience. To enhance the viewing experience, JioHotstar will feature a 360-degree view and a multi-cam option, allowing users to engage with the live match from specific points of view, including Hero, Stump, Battery, Field view, and Multi-View. Is theatre experience possible for the T20World Cup? For countless cricket fans, watching their favourite cricket fans in big screen brings an elevated joy. Moving ahead in this direction, JioStar has engaged with PVR — Inox on a partnership for screenings nationwide across several matches during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Audio and radio coverage In addition to live video coverage, world-feed audio commentary in English will be available globally via the ICC mobile app. Venue of T20 World Cup matches The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Eden Gardens in Kolkata, R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) Cricket Ground in Colombo, and Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy round out the full list of host venues.
