Speaking at the inauguration of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026, he said the ongoing works include underpasses, major road widening projects and multi-level flyovers at key junctions. He added that dedicated infrastructure packages in Hi-Tec City, upgrades to the southern corridor and improvements in emerging growth corridors are aimed at ensuring balanced development across the city’s core areas and peripheral zones. The Deputy Chief Minister noted that long-term planning initiatives such as the Blue Green Master Plan and the Comprehensive Mobility Plan are focused on sustainable and climate-resilient urban growth. Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy said Hyderabad’s growth is rooted in its inclusive and cosmopolitan legacy dating back to the Nizam era. He said the government has introduced simplified and digitised approval processes, along with proactive measures to ease departmental clearances, including irrigation-related approvals. Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao said stamp and registration revenues in the State have grown by five to six times since 2014. Annual revenue from the Stamps and Registration Department, which stood at around ₹3,000 crore in 2014, has now increased to nearly ₹15,000 crore. The three-day property show will continue till February 8. The exhibition features over 300 RERA-approved projects, offering visitors access to verified residential and commercial developments, including apartments, villas, plotted layouts and office spaces across established and emerging areas of the city.
