Hyderabad City Security Council promotes road safety with helmet distribution drive

The Hyderabad City Security Council on Tuesday conducted a special helmet distribution drive across parts of the city in collaboration with Young Indians, aiming to promote safer commuting and curbing risky behaviour among two-wheeler riders.

Organised under the aegis of the council’s Traffic Forum, the initiative targeted riders found travelling without helmets. Helmets were distributed on the spot to those violating safety norms, with officials cautioning that riding without protective gear puts lives at serious risk.
