The Tiruvallur District police on Wednesday arrested four men in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old history sheeter near Periyapalayam. Police sources said a 26 year old history sheeter, identified as Gokul of Ariyapakkam, was hacked to death by an unidentified gang on Tuesday night. His body was found lying in a vacant land in Thanduma Nagar near Periyapalayam on Wednesday. Police rushed to the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.
