Shivamogga Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inaugurated the bridge built across Bhadra backwater in N.R. Pura taluk on April 13. The bridge, about 504 metre in length, connects Handuru to N.R. Pura taluk centre. The CM inaugurated the bridge at a ceremony held at Hiluvalli near N.R. Pura. He was accompanied by Energy Minister K.J. George, Sringeri MLA T.D. Raje Gowda and other legislators, besides officers.
