The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) is organising a special ‘Town Planning Open Forum’ to review and resolve grievances related to pending building construction permissions registered through Development Permission Management System (DPMS), regularisation of vacant plots in unauthorized layouts under the Land Regularization Scheme (LRS), release of Transferable Development Rights (TDR) etc, on March 28 (Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the GVMC Head Office Meeting Hall. GVMC Chief City Planner A. Prabhakar Rao has urged citizens to attend the forum and present their grievances.
