Governor’s address reflects State’s progress under NDA: Health Minister

Governor S. Abdul Nazeer’s address on the inaugural day of the Budget Session on Wednesday reflected the sustained efforts of the TDP-led NDA government to steer the State on the path of progress, Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Satya Kumar Yadav has said.

In a press statement, the Minister said the Governor’s address to the joint session of the Legislature underlined the NDA government’s commitment, under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, to place the State firmly on the path of development despite the challenges inherited from the YSRCP regime.

The Governor clearly outlined how the State has begun to recover from the damage caused during the previous government’s tenure and is moving towards achieving the goal of Swarnandhra, he said. Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav thanked the Governor for the address and for elaborating on the reforms initiated in the health sector by the present government.
