Gita Pariwar, an internationally renowned spiritual organisation, on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) announced ‘Gita Maitri Milan’ event at Mahati auditorium in Tirupati on March 7 (Saturday). The organisation, founded 28 years ago by Swami Govind Dev Giriji Maharaj at Sangamner (Maharashtra), has been propagating Bhagavad Gita and also teaching moral values to children. The programme creates a platform for Gita learners to get acquainted with their peers and also exchange thoughts towards implementing the essence of Gita in their daily lives, said Pariwar’s international working president Ashuji Goyal, who is also the programme director of ‘LearnGeeta’, the world’s largest free website to teach Gita. Along with Ashuji Goyal, the Pariwar’s south India head Hari Narayan Vyas will take part in the event, which will also feature cultural programmes like Bharatanatyam and Kolatam, a release said.
