The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has floated a tender to establish and operate 10 comprehensive citizen service centres called GBA Guarantee Seva Kendras (GSKs) across the city, aimed at streamlining access to a wide range of civic services under a single roof. With this, citizens will be able to apply for services, track their applications, and receive final approvals or documents at the same location, essentially eliminating the need to visit multiple offices, and they are guided through the entire process until completion. Each zone will have one GSK (two per corporation) for smooth operations.
